Sam Minor

Ag Banker

Sam joined our Ag Banking team in 2020 and serves agribusiness customers at our Flandreau branch.

He has a degree in agribusiness from Northwestern College in Orange City, Iowa, and has always been involved on his family’s farm, including farming his own ground and working with cattle.

Sam currently lives in Volga with his wife, Mallory, and their children, Hayden, Cora, and West.

“I’ve farmed ever since I was a kid,” he says. “I grew up on the farm and worked for many different farmers. Really, I’ve had a lot of different roles in the ag industry.”

When Sam isn’t helping our ag customers, he enjoys flying, hunting, fishing, and being with his family. He also volunteers at Gracepoint Church and as a coach for the Sioux Valley youth wrestling club.
