Dave Burns

Wealth Advisor

Hometown: Sioux Falls, SD
Education: Dordt University

After graduating from Dordt, I returned to my hometown of Sioux Falls and began my career right here at FNB. I wanted to use my business administration degree with an emphasis in finance to help others plan, work toward, and achieve their retirement goals.

As a Wealth Advisor, I love learning about each individual’s unique situation so I can help you map out a plan to meet those goals — whether it be traveling, volunteering, babysitting the grandbabies, or whatever else you aspire to do.

If I were to retire today, I would play a lot of baseball, golf, and board games, and I would hang out with my older brothers — one in Sioux Falls and one in Fort Worth, TX — and, more importantly, my nephews!

One of my favorite things about working at FNB is the Bank’s emphasis on community involvement. I personally volunteer with CAP Meals in my free time, where I can help local families put a Thanksgiving meal on the table when they wouldn’t be able to otherwise.
