We recently were notified that there may be mail delays again due to the COVID-19 pandemic. As a result, your paper statement(s), check orders, and/or new debit card may come a few days later than normal.
Below are a few ways you can take care of your banking during the mail delays.
Sign up for online banking
View your account balance, make transfers, and more, anytime, anywhere! You can learn more about online banking or sign up here. Once you’re enrolled, you can also download our app to easily manage your banking from your phone.
Enroll in eSatements
Skip the trip to the mailbox, and get your statements delivered right to your email when you choose to receive eStatements and disclosures. You must first be enrolled in online banking.
Use telephone banking
You can use telephone banking to access your account information and check your balance. Simply call (605) 335-2900 and set up your account.
Visit a branch
We can print a copy of your statement any time at any of our branch locations.
