Jill is passionate about her customers and playing a part in their journeys. “I really enjoy getting to know someone, their family, and their business. Figuring out what is important to them and working towards a mutually-beneficial financial solution is so gratifying.”

More than 20 years ago, she decided to join the Bank team. “Bill Baker Jr. and Bob Baker Sr. reminded me so much of my own tight-knit family. I took this job, because coming to work for them just felt like home.” Jill is supported by many, both personally and professionally. Specifically, she names her husband and kids, parents, close friends, and the Business Banking team as her foundation.

Jill was born in South Dakota, but grew up in Texas. Her family returned to South Dakota where she finished high school and has been since. She earned her education from the University of South Dakota and the Graduate School of Banking – Colorado.

In her spare time, you can find her hiking, fishing, or attending her kids’ sporting and extra-curricular events. Jill is also a farmer’s wife who helps to run the combine and raise corn, beans, and cattle. She’s an active member on the Boards of Prairieland EDC, Pleasant Valley Township, and Beresford Athletic Booster Club.
