2024 Holiday Hours

Amidst checking loved ones off your gift shopping list, attending a multitude of holiday parties, and cooking for family gatherings, the holiday season can be a bit chaotic. We get it.

That’s why we want to make sure your banking needs are well taken care of.

To make things easier for you, we’ve gathered up our bank holiday hours and cutoff times for the season, which you can find below:

Thursday, November 28

All locations closed. Happy Thanksgiving!

Friday, November 29

All locations open regular hours. Need to grab some extra cash for Black Friday shopping? Visit one of our branch locations or stop by an ATM.

Tuesday, December 24

All locations will close at Noon. Please note the cutoff times for the following services:

  • Wire transfer requests must be initiated no later than 11:00 a.m. Any wires submitted after this time will be processed on Thursday, December 26.
  • Positive Pay cutoff time is 11:30 a.m.
  • Mobile deposits must be submitted by Noon to be posted on the same day.
  • Remote deposit capture cutoff time is Noon.
  • ACH files must be submitted and approved by Noon. As a reminder, Christmas Day is a federal holiday and cannot be selected as an effective date for your ACH file. The next available effective date will be Thursday, December 26.
  • Online banking transfers must be received by 6:00 p.m.

Wednesday, December 25

All locations closed. Merry Christmas!

Regular hours resume on Thursday, December 26.

Tuesday, December 31

All locations open regular hours.

Wednesday, January 1

All locations closed. Happy New Year!

Regular hours resume on Thursday, January 2.

After-hours customer service

We will still have 24-hour customer service available at (605) 335-5200 or 800-339-1160, except for during the following times:

  • from 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 24, to 6:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 26
  • from 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 31, to 6:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 1
